Tender thinly sliced veal sautéed with artichoke hearts garlic, lemon juice, and butter, laced with parmesan cheese.
Tenderized pork loin, panko breaded and pan-seared golden brown served with mashed potatoes, house-made sauerkraut, and caramelized onions.
